Has my order shipped?

All orders ship within 2 weeks after the order deadline date.

Where does my order ship to?

All orders ship to the store coordinator/coach for easy distribution.

What are my shipping charges, and where do they ship?

Shipping is FREE for our team stores! Simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Your order is shipped to the store coordinator/coach individually bagged with all of your items in one bag. Please allow 2 weeks before store items ship.

How do I track my order?

2 weeks after the team store closes to contact the store coordinator/coach for a tracking number on the entire store.

Can the team store be used as a fundraiser?

Yes, contact us today to set up your team’s store and we can discuss fundraising.

The team store deadline date has passed, can I still order?

We cannot add to a closed store, if you are looking to place an order individually we require a minimum, please only contact your sales rep if you have 10 alike items that you are ready to order if your store has closed.

My order never arrived.

Please make sure you received a confirmation email with your Invoice #, and your credit card has been charged. If so, and it is past the expected ship date, please contact the store coordinator/coach to make sure they do not have your items.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product.

What is the return and exchange policy?

We do not offer returns/exchanges due to the custom nature of the products.
